- Arrangement of a series of events in which expert(s) will deliver lectures to the selected audience
- Review of various templates and survey forms
- Development of SOPs for the use of SARs and results of various surveys for decision-making at the department level.
- Presenting Best University Teacher Award (BUTA) criteria applicable in Open and Distance Learning Institutions to faculty and statutory bodies for review and approval
- Completion of accreditation of academic programs
- Arrangement of an International Conference on QA; various activities will be planned and executed for funding, sponsorship, collaborations, and call for papers.
- HRD Cycle-II for faculty
