The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of the Virtual University of Pakistan is committed to the enhancement of quality in every aspect of educational content development, delivery and assessment and also to all aspects of service delivery by Pakistan's only technology-based university. Through the establishment and enhancement of standards and their rigorous implementation along with frequent trainings / workshops / conferences in each and every division / department of the University, the QEC will try and inculcate a quality culture that will permeate every aspect of the University's working.
